The Mines of Minos were established by a Duke of Westfall back in the
early days of the Dunn Hur. The main product of the mine is iron, but other
minerals are found there as well, ranging from common clays to magical
gemstones.

Time passed, and Westfall was annexed by the Naginag Combine, becoming West
Naginag. The Combine military defeated and enslaved the Dao jann. They were
relocated to the Mines of Minos. There they must labor, providing a monthly
tribute of iron to their Combine masters.
