The Dome Sea is a pocket of air within the elemental plane of water,
maintained by powerful wards. It appears as a flat sea, with a high domed
roof made from water. In the center of the dome sea is a magnificent palace
made from glowing white stone, the former abode of the Aztec god Tlaloc.
