On the eastern edge of the Ash Desert is the blasted cone of Mount Sartus,
the volcano whose eruption devastated the region and transformed it into
the wasteland it is today.

Rumors persist of a dwarven colony that once prospered in the heart of
Sartus, using the volcano itself as a source of power. Mount Sartus has not
been active in centuries, but exploring the lava tunnels and caverns within
should still prove hazardous.
