This tower is located in the town of Dragon Tooth. Like the Naphtali tower
its main purpose is as a place of learning. it has ten quizmasters, each
with a different question. Each question is game related with the hope of
teaching new players of the various commands and other tools available.
There is a quest and small prize for successfully answering all ten
questions correctly.
