Subject: Athlon and Alicinia - group botting

Alicinia was running Athlon via remote control in a group, breaking rules
3.3 and 3.4. Athlon got thwacked by the bot thwacker for a really
ridiculous amount of levels and exp, while Alicinia got a firm talking to. 
Athlon was also frozen for a month, as he knows better.

Alicinia now knows better as well.  Should this occur again, the penalties
will increase.
