Subject: North continent, emerald city, seriphus, and airam

I just did a bunch of area reorg to move seriphus and the whole underwater
ruins block around.  Seriphus is hooked up roughly where the emerald city
used to be, and the underwater ruins are now west of the north continent
mountains.  Emerald city is on the far west edge of the northern continent.
You can boat to the emerald city now, or walk across land from Airam.
