If you are able to purchase things with favour, there would probably have
to be a cooldown period for the more powerful options. Another way of doing

it could be favor permanently empowering all cleric spells by a certain %
that scales based on how much favour you have. I think that it makes more
sense as favor represents the growing faith in your god, and that would
translates into better clerical spells.
