Subject: Builder Promotions

Reviewing the number of areas that have been built, there were three
builders in particular that really stood out to me as under-recognized:
myrel, ancalagon, and tanthas. With that in mind:

Myrel has been promoted to level 105, and is well on his way to 106.

Tanthas has been promoted to 104.

Ancalagon has been promoted to 104.
