Subject: shadow disaplen shadow sight

Shadow sight would be a midlevel thief skill allowing them to see in places they
other wise would not be able to.
As a thief learns more and more about the shadow plane, it is possible for them to
learn how to make the darkness welcome their eyes.
If this is implamented, it would be nice if it did not behave like cloak does where
you can't do most action things, such as picking locks or climbing.
