I change my orginal opinion, about buffing flashbombs
if my current understanding of the skill is correct.

Blinding mobs in a room, with out attracting more mobs
seems more badass ninja thief style.

Distraction grenades/ Decoy grenades that attract
wandering guards and whom ever, would be of practical use.
I use to use the flashbombs from ubar all the time, before
the multisell flag was striped.

New concussion skill would be nice as previously stated.

with a knockdown confusion effect.
