afk I was looking at the completed quests leaderboard today and the thought
struck me that some gods have follower only quests which could give their
followers an advantage on the leaderboard. One might argue that the gods
who haven't made follower only quests could do so to level the playing
field, but  then that also leaves out followers of byung, tarrant, and the
other absent gods. I think the solution is that follwer only quests should
not be counted  on the player's completed quests total. It could still show
up on their deeds list but  should be considered when measuring up agains 
the totals of other players. Its either that, or follower only quests
should be  allowed, which would suck for people who already put the work in
to do them. But then again, those people already got the gold or exp or
whatever else the quest reward was.
