Subject: crafting quality

Hey everyone,

I'm finding it very difficult to get mastercraft 3 items.
i spent most of day crafting today, and i only manage 6 or so mc3 items... out of
at least a thousand attempts.

i think the threshold is a little high for mc3.
Forging items is very time consuming and if i have to forge 100 rings to get one
usable one... its just an unnecessary time sink.

i have mostly max skills stats and luck
