The candle spell is currently taught by a mage trainer. Since it's been
moved over to necro, it should probably be taught by a necro trainer
instead.

Also, the help file for ball lightning should probably be rewritten or the
spell raised in level. It talks about the spell being so dangerous that it
isn't offered at most guilds, yet it's taught by several trainers according
to spell find.
