Zumosol, I'm not sure if I understand what you're saying. Maybe you didn't
understand the explination. A thief is fighting a mob, or any person with
high enough thief levels to learn it.  They need to retreate, but they're
in an aggro area and if you flee, you'll more than likely be attacked in
the next room. With this skill they'll be able to retreate successfully,
and be hidden at the same time. It would follow the same rules as hide and
stealthy movement.
