It is written in the help file that "The 'gift' command can be used by mid
and high level players to give gifts of experience or gold to new players."
This is after all all fine in principle however it seems to me that the
whole system is just a little floored. The word new should be observed here
and indeed how many are indeed new? More often than not you see players on
the list on their 25th reset! and where free gold is concerned can be open
to potential abuce. Here's how i see it. Players should be elegible to
receive gifts to the current levels set out however if said player resets
more than say 3 times and or are on say their 4th char in their account it
should be the end of the gifts. After all are such people really newbies
now? As for the points received should they have the weighting that they do
where the overall board is concerned? after all the receipt of NHPs are
down to only 2 things, duration of your login and dammed luck! Opinions
