Subject: potion insult strings

I mentioned this on bovine the other day but i don't know if you caught it.
 It would be convenient if potions had insult strings for more or all of
their spell affects.  Right now they just pick up the first spell affect
which can make it difficult to sort them out and grab the correct potion
for the situation.  Lexie mentioned a renaming system, which would also
work if that is easier than adding more spell effects to the insult
strings.
