A new channel, eng, has been created. The purpose of this channel is to
give the non-natives a chance to ask for words they might don't know, and
for native speakers or more experienced non-natives to explain the words to
them. The biggest challenge will be to advertise this channel. Most
non-natives probably don't know it. You could maybe add somewhere in a
newbie area a sign which tells the newbies that such a channel exists.
