I've always thought favour could have a bit more use, and I like this idea.
Assuming we get 1 favour per day which I think is how it goes, that comes
out to one restore per day, or a group restore every 3 days, or a free area
repop every 5. I think that's limited enough so as not to be too much of a
problem for the most part. The only possible issues are slowing it down at
first so people who currently have a lot of favour can't temporarily play
on super cheat mode, and things like people saving up points  and each
using them to restore a quest group several times.
