Subject: policy for reimbursement after crashes

If a god causes a crash, or shuts down at the wrong time, we will think about
it.

IF THE MUD CRASHES BECAUSE THERE IS A SYSTEM BUG, OR IF IT CRASHES BY ITSELF,
THERE WILL BE NO REIMBURSEMENTS.

As time goes on and it becomes more difficult to figure out who lost what, we
will likely cease reimbursing people at all.  Get used to it, and plan
accordingly.
