Subject: Engrave metal/druid metal-carving skill

So I've been thinking, with all of these new forgeable items that are coming out,
why not allow druids to have an "engrave metal" skill? Basically carve runes but
for metallic items.
To be honest it feels like metal's been given the short end of the stick so far,
even long before forge was a thing, and it would be nice to be able to improve those
items just as easily as wood and bone.
And this would not make rune enchant defunct. After all, there are still several
item compositions that couldn't be carved...organic, liquid, shadow/magic, etc.
