Subject: Binding equipment and randoming

I've brought this up before, but can the random rate for binding equipment
please, please, please be lowered? Compared to unbinding equipment it
randoms stupidly often, unless my luck is just horrible. I've been trying
to run a level 20 mage piece for another character of mine. Level 20.
That's still in newbie territory. And I've been unable to get anything
decent because it's randomed 5 times with shitty stats. I'm worried true
newbies may face similar difficulties in getting eq they've heard about
from  other people, or else may never really know what eq is good for them
because shit keeps randoming. Please give this some thought.
