Subject: account bind equipment

I've run a global updater, and a number of objects that used to be
player-bind will now load as account-bind in the future.  There are no area
change entries for this conversion, since it happened at the vnum level,
and not at the area level.  To figure out which items have been converted,
you'll have to run new copies and see how they load.

Keep in mind that until a reboot, there will be old versions still out
there on various mobs.
