Subject: a useful idea for loging area changes

Something I'm sure the mud could really use that was tossed around as an
idea before, is a listing of areas that have been recently modified. The
list would only list modifications for an area once per day. So for example
if  a ralnoth city guard got changed 16 times and a sub issue sword got
changed twice, the list would simply show that Ralnoth had been edited that
day, and only show it once. It would also of course only show currently
released areas.
