The releveling of the Killing Fields of Sallipis happened the same time it
was flagged a group 7 zone, on May 5th, along with several other zones in
and around the Naginag Combine. This was announced on public channels at
the time. The area log will confirm the releveling date. Saying "nothing
ever happened to it till just now" is misleading.

Group areas send warnings when entered. Having a secondary message
announcing changes would be redundant and spammy.

FYI I was the one that releveled it, and have not altered it since except
for some elevation and exit changes.
