The town of Dragon Tooth is located on the eastern coast of the island
of Archais.  One of the two ancient portals on the island is in the
center of the town.

The town gets its name from the huge, irregular spikes of rock that
jut up from the landscape.  Childhood tales say that the spikes are
from the jaw of an incredibly ancient dragon that was slain in the
elder days when gods physically walked the earth.  Most of the towns
people complain that it complicates housing construction, but the
location of the portal effectively mandates the presence of some town
nearby.

To the west of Dragon Tooth is Gad's Mountain, and farther west is the
city of Gad's Landing.  A small castle known as Azeroth Keep has been
built into the southern face of the mountain, and travelers have
traditionally been allowed rest inside the walls of the keep.
