Naphtali is a city on the eastern coast of the island of Kordan.  One
of the two ancient portals on the island is near the town, in that it
exists on a rocky crag several hundred feet out into the ocean.  A
wooden bridge has been constructed from the town to the portal, but
due to weather and the natural environment frequent and exhaustive
repairs are often needed. Naphtali is ruled by an earl, and is
technically an Earldom.
