Format:
clan create <name of new clan>

Anyone with the money and incentive can found a clan at any time, without
need for godly influence.  Clan elders can build and maintain clan areas,
pretty much without any god help.

The base amount of money required to start a new clan is 250000 gold
coins.  You may pick your name, but if the administration finds it
offensive or capitalized wrong, it may be changed without notice.  If you
screw up and get the name wrong when you create the clan, don't fret -
just send Dentin an email and ask him to fix it up for you.

NOTE - a new clan will cost around 30000 gold per day unless you
set up a web page for it.  Make sure you read over 'help clan dues cost'
before you create your clan!

Clan areas are immediately available to nearly all new clans.  On the off
chance that your new clan is created without a clan area, please notify a
god and one will be set up as soon as possible.  If your clan wishes to
expand its clan area beyond the initial 20 rooms, you must buy each
additional room.  See 'help donations' and 'help credit buy' for details.
Clan areas come by default with a recall site and one clan board.

Extra stuff for your clan can be purchased with credits (see
'help credit buy').  This includes things like additional boards, dues,
a clan bank, clan shopkeepers, and clan equipment.
