Usage:
cast despair <target>

This curse is used to lower the morale of enemies, similar to the warrior
roar and intimidate skills.  Enemies with low morale are often weaker
opponents, with less energy to attack and often passing up openings in
battle.

This curse takes the outward form of a small thundercloud raining on the
target, which generally serves to cause additional embarrassment.

If used in conjunction with the 'remorse' curse, its affects are
amplified.
