Usage:
cast radiant orbs <target>

'Radiant orbs' builds upon the 'continual light' spell, concentrating
the conjured light into twin orbs that slam into the target, searing and
scorching them.  The orbs of divine light deal extra damage to undead,
shadow and ethereal creatures.

If you have a continual light spell active, the orbs fly from the ball of
light instead of you. This increases the power and damage of the spell.
