'Composite' is the term that describes how powerful a piece of equipment
is for its given level, wear location and quality.  Items that are higher
in level, have a better quality such as 'MASTERCRAFT', are class
flagged or are 'RARE' or 'ARTIFACT' flagged have higher composite
limits and can therefore accept better enchants.
