When you log in each day, you will receive a gift. These vary, but include:

 - experience
 - gold
 - gambling gold (think casino chips, can be used with the gamble minigames)
 - bank remote access time
 - storage locker time
 - forged ingot crate
 - spellcomp and herb crates
 - crafting sampler crates
 - a get of death free card
 - a practice
  
You can receive experience instead of loot crates with 'set nogiftlootcrate'.

During the advent season in December and certain other holidays, other gifts
can be obtained.
