Usage:
cast dominate animal <target>

The 'dominate animal' spell allows the caster to literally take over
the mind of a creature and force it to do the caster's bidding.  While
it is fairly difficult to get wholesale control of a creature, it is
occasionally needed to overcome base instincts. A higher charisma
will help the spell take hold.
