Format:
set ctrigger on
set ctrigger off

When client trigger mode is enabled, the mud sends out-of-band data
specifically for clients to parse and process.  All client data is prefixed
with the unspoofable string 'kxwt' at the beginning of a line.  Clients
that trigger on the regular expression "^kxwt" can be guaranteed to get
unspoofed data.

On initial login, the server will send:

 kxwt_supported                - always sent on login/reconnect

This can be used to trigger your client into kxwt mode.  When kxwt mode
is first enabled, it will send the player name, as well as a bunch of
other data for initialization.  See the other 'help kxwt' pages for
