Usage:
cast shards <target>

This low level spell allows the caster to summon shards from the elemental
plane of crystal, and direct them at a target.  This spell provides the
basis for many other crystal spells at higher levels.

Heavy armor will help protect against this spell. Lightly armored targets
have a small chance to start bleeding.
