Usage:
cast prism <target>

'Prism' is a low level light/illusion spell, often used in combat to
injure and confuse enemies.  Using a small crystal, the spell creates
beams of force and light to strike the target. The intense, dazzling colors
can temporarily confuse and disorient enemies.
