The 'nosummon' command will allow you to either resist summoning, or help
summoning.  If you try to summon something that is higher level than you are,
you will probably fail, even if it is helping you.

No matter how high the level though, it is always possible to summon things...
It has been seen that a level 16 mage can summon a level 55 monster.  It just
isn't very likely.

The 'nosummon' flag also has the side effect that it prevents other players
from picking your character up or moving you without permission.
