Remort is the idea of trading in a high level character for a new low
level character with modified or better attributes.  Many balance and
power issues arise with features like this, and often the extra work
isn't worth the gains it brings.

As a result, there has been a lot of discussion about remort, but no
implementation (or even a plan to implement it) as of this date.
