Usage:
dirt
dirt <target>

Dirt throwing is used to temporarily blind and annoy an opponent.  It lasts
a short time, but can be useful when used with other skills or when trying
to escape.

It requires the thrower to be on solid ground and won't work in terrain
that lacks easy access to dirt (such as swamps).
