An 'asshole flag' is something that may be set on a player to mark the
player as someone who is particularly unfriendly and/or dangerous to other
players.  This flag is often used to separate assholes from the rest of
the players on the game, and is used instead of sitebanning to allow both
assholes and normal people to play at the same time.

Someone who has an 'asshole flag' is automatically ignored by all other
players on the game.  If you wish to unignore an asshole flagged player,
you must use the 'ignore allow' command to add them to your allow list.
