Format:
For levels that would cost more than about 11 million experience each, the
game breaks those levels up into 'micro-levels', each of which have a
smaller exp and fame requirement than the full level.  This makes it
easier to level and less risky than carrying around huge amounts of
experience.

Some facts about microlevels:

- The fame requirements for a level are spread out across the microlevels.
- One practice is given on every third microlevel, in addition to the 5
  you receive for the final level.
- You may pick up some hp or mana as you microlevel.  This doesn't
  increase the final hp or mana you get for the level, unlike practices.
- Your microlevels are displayed on your player profile.
- You can have microlevels in multiple classes at the same time.
- You don't lose microlevels when you die.
