Syntax:
credit buy unbind <item> <cost>

You can use this command to give or transfer a bound item to another
player.  When the item is in its unbound state, it cannot be used until
it is rebound to someone else.

The item you wish to unbind must already be bound to you or your account.

Items bound to you personally must be bound to another player before
they can be used again.  Items bound to your account must be bound
to another account before they can be used again.

Certain special effect items with custom 'dproc' code on them cannot
be unbound.

Trying 'credit buy unbind <item>' without giving the cost will
always allow you to safely check to see if an item can be unbound.
