Syntax:
whereis <newbie>

This command displays location and other helpful information about the
newbie.  It is intended to be used to figure out problems that new players
may have and find appropriate solutions.  Its use is heavily logged to
limit abuse.

This command is only usable by avatars and moderators, and the newbie must
be below level 20 and on one of the three new player islands.
