When the game is wizlocked, that means that either the game is about to
reboot, or some special event is going on.  The game may also be wizlocked
if there is a server problem that is being worked on.

When wizlock is in effect, administrators may log in, but mortals may not.
If you lose link while the game is locked, you are allowed to reconnect.
