The standard terminal type here is tty. There are some ansi- and vt- features
available, such as "color" and "window". There are no guarantees that any
of these will work with your host or system. The input parser is intelligent
enough to take care of backspaces and to reconstruct the input stream if your
server sends characters one byte at a time.
Backspace can be either <delete>, ^H, 0x08 or 0x7f. Returns can be decimal
10 or 13, and paired returns will be treated as a single return in most
cases.
The semicolon (semicolons are not displayable) is treated as a soft return.
A '!' at the beginning of a line will repeat the last batch of commands
sent to the server, including groups of commands separated by semicolons.
The mud has no remote echo. That must be taken care of by your server.
The mud does not handle word wrap either. Again, that must be taken care of
on your end.
There is no scrollback. A page break, however, is available. See
"help pagebreak" or use the "set pagebreak" command.
