Usage:
cast crystal light

The 'crystal light' creates a small glowing crystal which can be used to
light your path.  Crystal light is required to learn any of the higher level
crystal based spells.

When conjured the crystal glows with a white light however this maybe
altered with external magic. See 'help hue' for more details.
