The founder of a clan may set up a heraldic crest, with a central shield and
various other design elements. The shield must be set up first before any
other element of the crest can be displayed.

Clan members with the heraldry skill can add their clan's crest to items.
Clan members can invoke their clan's motto or slogan with the motto
and slogan commands.
