Format:
rules                               - lists all rules sections by number
rules all                           - lists all rules in all sections
rules search <words>                - searches the rules for given words
rules <section number>              - lists all the rules in a section
rules <section number.rule number>  - displays a particular rule

The 'rules search' command allows you to search all of the rules for
specific words, for example 'rules search spam'.

The 'rules' command should be considered the master rules reference,
and its rules supersede those listed elsewhere unless specifically indicated.

This help page outlines a few basic rules here, but not all of them.

No spamming.
No harassment of anyone against their will.
Try to follow channel rules, for example to keep gossip somewhat clean.
No player killing except in arenas or in PK battles.
No dispelling of players against their will.
No password stealing.
No corpse looting of other players.
Kill stealing is frowned upon.
No multiplaying, not even linkdead multis.

You MAY have a storage character.  Please keep it to one storage per real
life person, and consider getting a storage locker.

You MAY run robots or scripts. Note that if you decide to run a bot,
your bot MUST comply completely with all the rules concerning bots.
Failure to do so may result in the complete destruction of your character.
