The fill command may be used to fill a liquid container from any other
container, like a fountain or a water barrel.  If the destination container
is not empty, the two liquids should be the same.  Random mixing will occur
should the liquids differ significantly, and often spell effects on brewed
potions will be lost.

You can fill a liquid container directly from locations with abundant local
water such as a stream or river by leaving out a source. This is especially
useful for the cleric 'brew unguent' skill, where pure water is needed.

The pour command may be used to pour a liquid over an object or into a
room.  In all of these cases, any magical effects in the liquid will be
transferred to the target.
