For clan elders, a private account is available and may be accessed with the
withdraw and deposit parameters.  A backlog of deposits and withdrawals from
this account is visible with the 'dues account' command.

Your clan must have a private recall site owned by the clan to use this
account.

The limit to deposits is approximately 20 million gold.

Note that any clan member may deposit, but only clan elders can withdraw.
