Clan elders may use the clanset command to manage the clan's roster.  Normal
members may also use it to remove themselves, or to make themselves clannable.


clanset                            Toggles ability to be clanned
clanset resign                     Remove yourself from a clan
clanset add <target>               Adds <target> to clan
clanset remove <name>              Removes <target> from clan
clanset elder <target>             Grant or deny elder status to <target>

The clanset remove command is the only one of these commands that will work
without the target being in the immediate area.

To remove yourself from a clan, type 'clanset resign'.
